El cantante DrefQuila lanzó su EP “Aunque Todos Estén Mirando” que contiene seis temas que invitan a la reflexión, momento por el que atravesó él durante la pandemia.

“Llevaba varios meses cuestionando muchas cosas con respecto a mi carrera y mi identidad, es la primera crisis que tengo en estos 5 años de carrera y que se originó por prestarle mucha atención a las redes sociales, los números, las estadísticas, y olvidé lo más importante: La música”, comentó Dref.

En el EP el músico de 24 años y oriundo de Chile intentó mostrarse lo más sencillo y vulnerable posible.

FUFU representa sus dos mundos e incorpora a sus letras el español e inglés, con los que aborda termas de las vivencias del día a día.

“N1TRO” está escrita por FUFU y producida por Nito, canción que suma a los éxitos que ha logrado a través de su particular estilo en la música urbana.

FUFU nació en Atlanta, el 17 de diciembre, su madre es de Costa Rica y su padre es de México, es el primer artista Latinx en revelar que se identifica como no binario en cuanto a su identidad sexual, por lo que prefiere los pronombres él/ ellos.

Mateo Lynch regresa a la palestra musical con su nuevo tema “You Light Me Up”, el cantante peruano identificado como un artista Queer, presenta una propuesta de inclusión a la comunidad LGTBIQ+.

Lynch, vive actualmente en  Estados Unidos, se inspiró en este tema durante la pandemia y aprovechó la experiencia de vivir como nómada por varios meses para fortalecer su amor propio.

El peruano también ha presentado el audiovisual de “You Light Me Up”, un video en el que logra expresar su esencia y con el que desea que todos los jóvenes LGBT se identifiquen.

“Cuando estaba a punto de lanzar el vídeo de ‘You Light Me Up’, habían todo tipo de opiniones. Y algunos me decían que por qué quería lanzar un vídeo con ese contenido cuando sabía que mucha gente en un país como Perú no lo iba a recibir bien”, dijo Mateo Lynch sobre el video de “You Light Me Up”, donde participa con su pareja.

“Pero es precisamente por eso que lo hice. Porque quería un vídeo donde me podría expresar completamente y poner mi grano de arena para aportar con la igualdad que todo artista y persona merece de ser visto y vivir sin ningún tipo de censuras. Es importante para mí que todos los jóvenes LGBT se sientan representados”, añadió el cantante.
